Our sea moss is harvested from the pristine ocean in St. Lucia. Sea moss is a highly regulated industry. All shipments are inspected and stamped by Ministry of Agriculture on the island and again inspected by Deparment of Agriculture when in arrives in the U.S.

Sea Moss Gel should always be stored in a refrigerator. Warm temperature of the sea moss decreases its benefits.  Will last up to 3-4 weeks refrigerated and frozen up to up to 6 months.


1 to 2 teaspoons a day for starters to see how your system responds. You can increase in time. If you choose to do more while fighting an infection or virus you can. For capsules you can take 2 to 4 capsules a day. Start with 2. We suggest taking in the morning as sea moss may increase your energy.

Please contact us at support@naturalseamoss.co as soon as possible if you would like to change or cancel your order. We'll do our best to process your request & see if its possible to do so. There's a human behind each response! Please allow up to 2-3 business days for us to get back to you. 

We begin work on each order soon after it is placed. To cancel an order, you must email us within 2 hours of your order being placed and we will process a refund at our discretion. After 2 hours, it is not possible to cancel your order.

Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal installments, made every 2 weeks, without any interest.


Just shop Naturalseamoss.co and checkout as usual. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. You will be directed to the Afterpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used Afterpay before, just log into your Afterpay account. Then complete your order -- it’s that easy

Afterpay is always zero interest. You pay nothing extra when you pay on time, according to your payment schedule. The only fees are late fees for missed payments.

Customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are due every 2 weeks in equal installments and will be drawn from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Afterpay to make your payments early.

You can log in to your Afterpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.


If you do not make a payment when due or funds are unavailable, you will be charged a $8 late payment fee. An additional $8 fee will be charged if the missed payment is not made within 7 days. Afterpay sends payment reminders via SMS and email prior to payments becoming due. It is also easy to view your orders and payment schedules on Afterpay.com or in the Afterpay App.
